Shipping Policy
At BreaFix, we ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong. Orders are dispatched via trusted international carriers (such as Hongkong Post, DHL, FedEx, and local last-mile partners in each destination country) to ensure reliable delivery wherever you are.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery: 7 to 15 business days (Saturday is not considered a business day).
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your destination country, local customs processing, and the carrier handling the final leg of the journey.
Free Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide. We know shipping costs can easily reach 20% to 50% of a product's value, and we don't think that's fair to you. That's why we cover shipping on every order, no minimum required, regardless of the destination.
Order Processing
Your order is dispatched after two steps are completed:
1. Payment Confirmation This is how we know everything is in order with your purchase. After you complete checkout and enter your billing details (credit card, PayPal, or other available methods), confirmation typically takes up to 1 business day, according to the rules of the card operators and banks involved.
2. Logistic Processing Once payment is confirmed, we prepare your order for dispatch. Every product undergoes a rigorous quality check to make sure it arrives in excellent condition. Logistic processing usually takes just a few hours. Our dedicated operations team oversees this step, so you don't need to monitor it yourself.

These are maximum deadlines. In most cases, you'll receive your order well before the upper estimate.
Shipping by Region
European Union 🇪🇺
We ship to all 27 EU member states. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days from dispatch. Orders are handed over to local postal services (such as Deutsche Post, La Poste, PostNL, Correos, Poste Italiane) for final delivery.
Customs & VAT: For orders under €150, VAT is collected at checkout under the EU IOSS scheme, meaning no surprise fees on delivery. For orders above €150, additional import duties and VAT may apply, payable to the carrier or local customs upon arrival.
United States 🇺🇸
Delivery to all 50 US states typically takes 7 to 12 business days from dispatch. Final delivery is handled by USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.
Customs & Duties: Under the current US de minimis threshold, orders valued under USD $800 generally clear customs without additional duties. Rules are subject to change; any applicable fees are the customer's responsibility.
Canada 🇨🇦
Delivery across Canada typically takes 8 to 15 business days from dispatch, handled by Canada Post for final delivery.
Customs, GST/HST & Duties: Canadian customs may apply GST/HST and, in some cases, import duties depending on the order value and product category. These fees are collected by the carrier upon delivery and are the customer's responsibility.
United Kingdom 🇬🇧
Delivery across the UK typically takes 7 to 14 business days from dispatch. Final delivery is handled by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
Customs & VAT: For orders under £135, UK VAT is collected at checkout and no additional fees apply on delivery. For orders above £135, VAT and potential duties are collected by the carrier upon arrival.
Switzerland 🇨🇭
Delivery to Switzerland typically takes 8 to 15 business days from dispatch, with final delivery by Swiss Post.
Customs & VAT: Swiss VAT and customs fees may apply depending on the order value and are collected by the carrier upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Japan 🇯🇵
Delivery across Japan typically takes 5 to 10 business days from dispatch, which is among the fastest routes given Hong Kong's proximity. Final delivery is handled by Japan Post or Yamato Transport.
Customs & Consumption Tax: Orders may be subject to Japanese consumption tax and import duties depending on value. Any fees are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
South Korea 🇰🇷
Delivery across South Korea typically takes 5 to 10 business days from dispatch, again benefiting from the short distance from Hong Kong. Final delivery is handled by Korea Post or CJ Logistics.
Customs & Duties: A Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is required for all personal imports into South Korea. Please have yours ready at checkout. Import VAT and duties may apply on orders exceeding local thresholds and are collected by the carrier.
Business Days
All delivery estimates are expressed in business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (both in Hong Kong and your destination country) are not counted.
Order Tracking
Every BreaFix order includes a tracking code, sent to you by email once your order ships. You can track your parcel through the carrier's website or via a universal tracking tool such as 17track.net, which works across most international postal services.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import fees, duties, and taxes are determined by your destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs rules if you're uncertain. Where possible (such as the EU IOSS and UK VAT schemes), we collect applicable taxes at checkout to simplify the process and avoid delivery delays.
